Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the Sales Center and Welcome Center facilities. You will perform routine upkeep, handle A/C, plumbing, electrical tasks, and assist guests when needed.

The role requires reading work orders, using basic tools, and coordinating with the team to ensure a welcoming guest experience across resort locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with general resort maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facilities and appliances.
• Notify manager of issues and assist guests as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center.

What you're great at:

• Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
• Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up
• Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
• Notifies manager of any issues
• Assists guests when needed
• Completes all other duties as requested

Here’s what you have already achieved:

• High School Diploma
• Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
• Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
