Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds is hiring for a role focusing on troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment. The starting wage ranges from $27 to $37 per hour depending on experience, with potential top earnings of up to $44 per hour through our skill-based pay system.

Job description

Shift: Sunday - Thursday Hours: 9:00pm - 5:30am or 9:30pm - 6:00am

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Using your fabrication and welding skills for equipment repairs
• Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of machinery
• Operating within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Pay & Perks

• Starting wage: $27-$37/hour (based on experience)
• Incentive Bonus Program: Earn up to 6% of your gross wages annually
• Top earnings: Up to $44/hour through our skill-based pay system and apprenticeship program
