Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/EPA certification and experience highly preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep property systems and equipment in excellent condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems as needed.
• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
• Ensure property meets safety standards and complies with regulations.
• Maintain organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies; weekend work as needed.

Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all property systems and equipment are in excellent working condition.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.

Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Conduct property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.

Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.

Ensure the property meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations.

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Assist with apartment turnovers, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents.

Performsnow and ice removal.

Participatein an on-call rotation to respond to after-hoursmaintenance emergencies. Weekend work isrequiredas needed.

Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

You have a high school diploma or equivalent.

HVAC/EPA certification and experience are highly preferred

You have hands-on experience in maintenance, with skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
