Summary
Maintain and repair Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) owned or operated facilities and equipment that do not require a license issued by the City of Tulsa or the State of Oklahoma. Perform routine maintenance on structures including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, heating, and air conditioning to ensure high standards of maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Perform semi-skilled tasks using power tools such as sanders, saws, and drills, and hand tools for repairs on equipment and structures. Handle service calls that require minimal skills, such as changing appliance parts, checking heaters, gas valves, replacing motor guards, and other similar tasks that do not require a licensed mechanic.
