Maintain, service, and repair Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) owned or operated facilities and equipment that do not require a license issued by the State of Oklahoma or the City of Tulsa. Perform routine maintenance on structures including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, heating, and air conditioning to ensure high standards of maintenance in a fast-paced environment. Undertake various building and renovation projects such as roofing, painting, redecoration, and floor repair to prepare units or complete work orders. Lead and direct lesser skilled mechanics, assistants, and laborers under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
