NW Staffing is seeking candidates for a full-time maintenance role in Tualatin, OR. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm with hands-on work on facility repairs, mechanical systems, and CNC equipment.

Training and development will be provided, with coaching and feedback throughout the ramp-up period. Open to entry-level and mid-level candidates with mechanical hobbies or informal hands-on experience.

SALARY: $24/hr. LOCATION: Tualatin, OR SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30pm

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning maintenance work, with hands-on experience through employment, personal projects, automotive work, equipment repair, or similar activities.
• Strong safety awareness, communication skills, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to ask questions, take notes, follow instructions carefully, and accept coaching while working closely with an experienced maintenance lead.
• Blueprint-reading experience is helpful but not required; extensive professional maintenance experience is not necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position works in a manufacturing and facility maintenance environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, using hand and power tools, and lifting or moving materials and equipment as required. Appropriate personal protective equipment and safety procedures must be followed.
