Job summary

NW Staffing is seeking candidates for a full-time maintenance role in Tualatin, OR. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm with hands-on work on facility repairs, mechanical systems, and CNC equipment.

Training and development will be provided, with coaching and feedback throughout the ramp-up period. Open to entry-level and mid-level candidates with mechanical hobbies or informal hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience through employment, personal projects, automotive work, or similar activities.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to ask questions, take notes, and follow coaching during training.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following procedures and safety requirements.
• Document completed work and maintenance information; apply coaching and feedback throughout training.
