Aerotek in Cleveland, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and general facilities equipment on a fully onsite, permanent basis. The role requires hands-on work with HVAC, electrical systems up to 480V, and PLCs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and welding fabrication; bakery/food industry maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in repairing gears, motors, and conveyors.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Capability to work with electrical systems up to 480V.
• PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in bakery settings.
• Experience in food industry maintenance.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to manage and repair various systems including plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical/electrical systems. The role involves working with high-voltage systems such as 480V - 3 phase, 110VAC, and 24DC, and requires interaction with Allen Bradley PLCs. The position demands proficiency in fabrication and welding, with equipment such as drills/mills, TIG welders, torches, band saws, grinders, and plasma cutters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on conveyors, motors/gearboxes, ovens, and general facilities equipment.
• Perform HVAC maintenance as needed.
• Ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Collaborate with other technicians to maintain a smooth workflow in a busy manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
