Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing operations in Zanesville, OH. The role focuses on maintaining production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability. This is a direct hire, onsite position with competitive hourly pay.

You will perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, troubleshoot issues, and support safe, efficient operations while documenting work and helping implement equipment improvements.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility with industrial production equipment, automated machinery, and support systems such as compressed air, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will work hands-on with motors, pumps, conveyors, PLCs, and robotic or automated systems, using diagnostic tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and machining tools to perform repairs and fabrication. The environment is fast-paced and focused on minimizing downtime while maintaining strict safety and quality standards, including adherence to lockout/tagout procedures. Work hours may involve standard shifts with occasional overtime or off-shift work to support production and scheduled maintenance, and you will spend most of your time on the production floor around operating equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
