Job summary

Artcraft Management, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Suffolk, VA. You will handle service requests, HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep our communities running smoothly.

The position requires maintenance experience, HVAC/ EPA preferences, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and basic computer skills. On-site work includes apartment turns and an on-call rotation; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations preferred: HVAC certification (Types 1 and 2) & EPA.
• Possession of a Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Service requests and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform apartment turns and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
