Job summary

Artcraft Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community operating at peak performance. You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, assist with apartment turns, and conduct preventive maintenance while supporting residents with timely service.

A valid Virginia driver’s license, EPA/HVAC certifications are preferred, and a strong work ethic is required. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities within a growing property-management company.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification, Types 1 and 2 & EPA preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance required

Responsibilities

• Service requests and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Repair responsibilities for apartments and common areas.
• Preventive maintenance of building systems.
• On-call rotation to handle emergency maintenance requests
