Job summary

Artcraft Management's Harrisonburg, VA community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep residents comfortable and properties well-maintained. You will address service requests, HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance, with on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Maintenance experience with HVAC preferred and valid driver's license.
• Technical training in one or more trades; HVAC certification Types 1 and 2.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs.
• Manage apartment turns and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
