Job summary

Artcraft Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community operating at its best through quality repairs and resident service in Richmond, VA.

You will perform HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance, plus participate in on-call rotation. The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, HVAC certification preferred, and a valid Virginia driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• HVAC certification types 1 & 2 preferred.
• Driver's license with insurance required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
• Technical training in one or more trades, and HVAC certification, Types 1 and 2. Possession of valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Other skills required:
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude.
  • Must follow safety rules and regulations according to established OSHA and Artcraft Management, Inc. guidelines.

Frequent and regular repetitive movements required using wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
