Job summary

Artcraft Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find a place they're proud to call home in Suffolk, VA. You will tour properties, present community features, and guide applicants through the rental process.

This role emphasizes sales and customer service with a positive attitude, strong organization, and reliable communication. Weekend/holiday hours may be required, and travel or overnight stays could occur as needed.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Virginia Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software
• One year sales experience preferred; customer service background desirable; strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of the property for prospective residents.
• Follow up with prospects to move the process forward.
• Process applications and collect required documents.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist new residents with onboarding.
• Support marketing efforts and promotions as needed
