Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional for the Springfield Residence Inn location. This full-time role supports daily hotel operations with preventive maintenance, repairs, and guest room care.

You will handle work orders, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and assist with pool maintenance and seasonal grounds tasks. Strong physical ability and prior hotel maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
