Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to help manage building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. You will assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and inspections.

The role requires 1+ year maintenance or engineering experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a willingness to lead by example and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values
• Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work
