Job summary

Atrium Hospitality seeks a talented maintenance technician for Phoenix Glendale Renaissance in Glendale, AZ. This full-time position offers hands-on tasks from guest room care to equipment repair and pool maintenance, with a focus on reliable, guest-ready service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
