Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time Hotel Maintenance position at the Bowling Green Crowne Plaza in Bowling Green, KY. The role covers preventative maintenance, guest room care, work orders, and basic repairs to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and hotel equipment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally), and the stamina to stand or walk for long periods; HVAC/electrical/plumbing cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
