Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Warren, NJ properties. The role involves routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs to keep apartments safe and comfortable for residents.
You will also help with groundskeeping, respond to work orders promptly, and participate in on-call rotations. A strong focus on safety and quality, plus teamwork with residents and staff, is essential.
Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.
When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
