Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, handle general maintenance, and perform preventative and urgent repairs on HVAC and other systems to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include completing work orders for plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, snow removal, grounds keeping, and responding to after-hours emergencies as needed. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC certification a plus.
• Must have a basic set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform make-ready turns and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
• General maintenance duties as necessary.
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.
