Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Lexington. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns and handle general maintenance tasks to keep properties in top condition.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, basic tools, and a valid driver's license. HVAC knowledge is a plus, and you must be reliable and ready to respond to after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family or residential properties.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Must have a basic set of tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• On-site maintenance experience with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
• General maintenance duties as necessary.
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.
• Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry and light electrical.

Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties?
