Job summary

Friedman Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to service on-site multi-family properties in the Spanish Lake area of Missouri. A 2-year track record in on-site maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities include prepping apartments for make-ready turns, handling general maintenance, and addressing service requests and after-hours emergencies. HVAC work and basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Proficient at make-ready turns and general maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance on HVAC and systems.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.

Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties?
