We are expanding our portfolio and seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rochester, MN.

This full-time, hands-on role involves maintaining the physical assets of our multi-family housing properties and includes the following responsibilities:

1. Building systems maintenance
2. Unit repairs and reconditioning
3. Drywall repairs
4. Painting
5. Minor plumbing and electrical work
6. Grounds care and snow removal

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance or repairs, preferably in property management
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Availability for after-hours emergencies
