Job summary

A property management company in Plantation, FL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Ellery Apartments. The role requires a minimum of one year of residential maintenance experience and skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs. Responsibilities include preparing apartments, responding to service requests, and performing emergency repairs. Daily/Weekly Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
