Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults with industrial robotics, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Interpret PLC codes for troubleshooting, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational disruptions, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, proactively identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalated.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand machinery requirements and develop maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, and communicate maintenance status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and practices, and actively contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance tech role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in preventative maintenance, industrial robotics, conveyors, troubleshooting, and plc troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment, and the ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical information.
• A strong commitment to safety, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
