Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at ACI - Advanced Coatings, Inc

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to ensure our coating equipment operates at peak performance. If you enjoy troubleshooting and maintaining machinery, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment, including drive belt and bearing inspections, lubrication, and filter replacements.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues, determining whether repairs are performed in-house or outsourced.
• Measure and document paint booth air velocity, inspect fire extinguishers and eyewash stations.
• Perform minor repairs to building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting as needed.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and fabricate special tooling and guards.
• Implement continuous improvement ideas and respond swiftly to emergencies following safety protocols.
• Operate equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, drill presses, and hand tools including drills, grinders, and saws.

Qualifications:

Experience with operation of maintenance equipment and tools is preferred.
