We are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians at our Oshkosh location!

Maintenance Technicians perform electrical, mechanical, power, and control maintenance—corrective, predictive, and preventive—for production equipment, machinery, and utilities.

The hourly wage starts at $29.38/hr, with potential increases based on experience and certifications. Hoffmaster offers a shift premium, paid training, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively with team members in training and problem-solving.
• Perform tasks adhering to production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate hand and power tools, including industrial lift trucks and work from elevated heights; use measuring tools.
• Work independently with proper instructions.
• Communicate and document information clearly.
• Participate in training and utilize new tools and educational opportunities.
• Enroll in advanced technology maintenance classes as required.
• Report food safety issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete a maintenance assessment test conducted by Fox Valley Technical College.
• Enroll in advanced technology maintenance classes as needed.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work overhead.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime.
