Job summary

Wingate Management Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Orlando property.

The role covers repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, turnovers, grounds and equipment upkeep, and proactive issue resolution. You will coordinate with vendors and use tools safely, with opportunities to develop teams and deliver exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Must have their own tools.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
