Job summary

Wingate Management Company in Cambridge, MA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee and participate in maintenance operations at our Cambridge property. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance to ensure spaces are ready for new residents.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Computer proficiency is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers).
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment.

Pay: $28.00 to $30.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
