Job summary

Wingate Management Company in Lanham, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and participate in maintenance operations at the Lanham property.

Responsibilities include completing repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, maintaining common areas, and proactively identifying issues. You will coordinate with vendors and safely use tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Computer proficiency is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
