Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Own tools required
• Experience with plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.

• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
