Job summary

Wingate Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for East Falmouth, MA. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents for upcoming turnovers.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and HVAC knowledge, especially boilers and heating systems. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers).
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician – East Falmouth, MA

Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 / hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
