Job summary

Wingate Management Company in Lowell, MA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Lowell property. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, prepare apartments for new residents, maintain common areas, and proactively identify and resolve issues while coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance experience, basic computer proficiency, and HVAC

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Computer proficiency is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities
