Job summary

Storm-Search- is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift to keep production equipment running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production lines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, compliant operation.

The role requires a hands-on mechanic with the ability to read diagrams, fabricate parts, and document maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay reflects shift work and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training preferred; or 6–12 months maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support equipment repairs.
• Complete maintenance records and communicate equipment issues with production teams.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
