Job summary

Sortera Alloys is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will inspect machinery, diagnose mechanical issues in pneumatic and mechanical systems, and document activities while maintaining a safe work area in a manufacturing setting.

Must use PPE, maintain accurate records, and provide own hand tools as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, relevant skills and proven work experience in lieu of education
  • 1+ year(s) in a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance repair techniques
  • Proficiency with common hand and power tools. Must provide own hand tools
  • Must be able to thoroughly complete paperwork/documents
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and advanced troubleshooting preferred
  • Associate's degree in industrial maintenance is a plus
