  • Utilize CMMS to create, update, and close work orders; accurately document failure codes, labor, and parts usage.
  • Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards; safeguard product integrity, prevent allergen cross‑contact, and assist with pre‑operational checks.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following LOTO procedures, using appropriate PPE, and completing pre‑task risk assessments; keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams regarding equipment status, parts requirements, and potential risks; contribute to smooth shift transitions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Overtime as needed.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, along with basic diagnostic instruments such as multimeters and gauges.
  • Experience using CMMS for work order management, failure tracking, and parts documentation.
  • Understanding of GMP and food safety standards, along with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
