Job summary

Freudenberg Group in the United States, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and install/repair machinery. You will read schematics and blueprints, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and document activities.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong safety focus, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
