Aerotek in Mount Vernon, IL seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role that emphasizes reliability and downtime reduction.

The technician will diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment, and maintain accurate records and work orders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanic repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated production equipment.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Vernon, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
