Job summary

Aerotek in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire role onsite. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems, including factory buildings and loading docks.

You’ll build new equipment and estimate materials and costs. The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, blueprint-reading and preventive maintenance skills, plus HVAC exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with electrical systems and blueprints.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dedicated building maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing factory buildings, loading docks, offices, and outbuildings, as well as constructing wood-based fixtures, equipment, and structures. You will also build new equipment and tools, including preparing material lists and cost estimates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.81 - $35.81/hr.
