Bridge Senior Living LLC is hiring a Maintenance Tech to maintain an attractive community environment in Mobile, AL. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and more, ensuring units are ready for move-in and residents’ requests are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive and on-demand maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
