Job summary

Sterling Estates West Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Plant Operations Technician to uphold the maintenance of residential apartments and common areas, applying plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance skills.

You will work Monday–Friday 9:30am–5:30pm with potential weekend coverage, interacting with residents and staff while maintaining confidentiality. Benefits include paid training, paid time off, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.

Sterling Estates West Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician)is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus.

Schedule: This position is FT, primarily Monday through Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm, with flexibility to provide weekend coverage, if needed.
