Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team. The role focuses on upkeep of residential apartments and common areas with a strong emphasis on resident-facing service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential building maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of residential apartments and public areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks with general repair techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
• Support the Maintenance team in keeping buildings in good physical condition.
