Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team. The role focuses on upkeep of residential apartments and common areas with a strong emphasis on resident-facing service.

Sterling Estates East Cobb is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician)is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day-Shift | Primarily Monday through Friday, with flexibility to provide weekend coverage, if needed.

Salary: $18.00/hour
