Job summary

Freedom Village at Brandywine is seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Technician to maintain residential apartments and common areas with a focus on safety and reliability. You will perform basic plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliance upkeep, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

This full-time role requires a hands-on approach, effective communication with residents and staff, and participation in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to support 24/7 operations.

Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Plant Operations Technician (Maintenance Technician) is responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance. This will be accomplished through the performance of simple tasks that require the application of general maintenance and repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. The Maintenance Tech serves as a member of the Maintenance team that is responsible for the physical condition of all buildings on campus. This Full-Time position will require a rotating weekend on call phone.
