Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment communities in Maricopa County. You will respond quickly to resident requests, troubleshoot a variety of systems, and contribute to cosmetic improvements while upholding the Wasatch brand.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and excellent communication with residents and colleagues. Flexible schedule and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
