Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our properties in California. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units, troubleshoot various systems, and respond promptly to resident service requests.

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who excel in customer service and possess strong communication skills. A flexible work schedule is required, with pay ranging from $18.10 to $24.48 per hour, plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
