Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas in Lehi, Utah.

You will respond quickly to resident service requests and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues with a customer‑centered approach. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands‑on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in repairing and/ or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems Plumbing Appliances Flooring Carpentry Heating and air systems Pools.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on‑call responsibility for after‑hours emergencies.

What we're looking for
