Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking an on-site maintenance technician to service and prepare apartment units in the Madison, Wisconsin area. You will handle resident requests, perform make-ready repairs, and maintain common areas while ensuring clean, safe, and ready-to-occupy units.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of onsite apartment maintenance experience, a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
