Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Washington, DC. Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

Required: 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience, valid government ID, reliable transportation, and own basic tools. You will handle service requests and make-readies, maintain common areas, document work, and deliver strong resident service. HVAC certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.

• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.
