Job summary

The Liberty Group is currently hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Conroe, TX. The role offers hourly pay and requires EPA/CFC/HVAC certification with proven on-site apartment experience.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, making-ready apartments, and keeping detailed maintenance logs while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification required for the role.
• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from properties.
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work.

• Perform preventative maintenance on A/C and mechanical systems.
• Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for make-ready/turn status (repairs + improvements).
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and deliver great resident customer service.

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you\'ll do
